Refund Policy-

Mr Prick is so confident in delivering your plant healthy and happy, we guarantee it. If within 7 days of delivery you believe it is not up to the health and standard it should be, notify us for a full refund (minus postage and handling).

In order to qualify for your refund, contact Mr Prick via email or phone must be made within 7 days of delivery or attempted delivery and within 2 days encase of damage during transport.

Returning Your Plant-

1) Contact us at mrprickinfo@gmail.com and let us know you wish to return your plant.

2) Staff from Mr Prick will give instructions on how to safely mail back your plant

3) Once the plant is returned, we will issue the refund minus postage and handling.

 

Conditions Not Entitled To Refund

1) If your plant is seized at customs, we cannot be responsible and all plants are dispatched to customers at their own risk. (see bottom for more)

2) Your plant has not been collected and has been left at the post office for too long. This can cause harm to the plant not getting sun and potentially getting damaged in moisture.

3) Incorrect Address- Mr Prick cannot cover you for failed delivery if the address provided was incorrect or the parcel is returned from failed delivery. We will attempt to make contact and arrange re delivery at the customers expense if the plant is still safe and healthy to send.

4) Contact is made outside of 7 days. We go to great lengths to ensure plants are healthy and can easily survive at their new home but we cannot cover the plant outside of 7 days from delivery/attempted delivery. This is because there is too many outside factors we cannot control at their new home and it’s up to the new plant owner to ensure they are getting all their needs met.

5) We will not cover your plant for being damaged/squashed outside of the 2 days from delivery/attempted delivery. We only cover it for bad health (root rot, pests etc) for 7 days.

Addition Customs Info- Due to quarantine restrictions, we are able to ship to the following states; NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC

For orders outside these states – WA, NT & TAS and International Orders, we can ship your orders however it will be AT YOUR OWN RISK. Each State and Country have different restrictions on importation and shipment of plant which can vary a lot. Please check with your local quarantine and customs office prior to your purchase as we do not offer refunds on plants seized by customs or your state quarantine. You must notify us before you’re order is dispatched to book a plant inspection.
